I had really comfortable time here, comfy and unbeatable location!

there were climate control, pay television, and a writing desk in the room, truly enjoyed that. bidet was large and everything was great.

Had a great stay here, no complaints at all! the service was top-notch, and there's parking nearby, which was convenient. the meals were delicious and really stood out 🍽️.

The hotel is located in a residential area close to the Cruz del Sur bus station in the business district. The staff is very kind and pleasant, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. The breakfast offers a good variety and quality of food. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet location, making it a peaceful place to stay.

There were some complaints about the lack of hot water for showers.

The staff at the reception checked me in quickly and got me up to my room for a good night's rest. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a peaceful night. I also had two delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, served swiftly. I had a very uncomplicated time at the hotel and would recommend it.

We had a great time during our city break, the complementary drinks and snacks were appreciated and the nearby bus stop was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our inquiries.

Also, the hotel's wifi policy of only allowing two devices per room was inconvenient for our group.

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the Cruz del Sur bus station and it was a great decision. The neighborhood was quiet, with a lovely park across the street. The hotel staff was welcoming and arranged a taxi for us in the morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the mini bar had a good selection. a well-appointed and clean hotel in a peaceful location.

The complementary wine and chocolates were a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near all the shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a great view of the city.

On Christmas Day, the staff just disappeared. There was no one to answer the phone or help us with our needs.

The location is not the best, but most sights around Miraflores are within easy walking distance and you can easily take an Uber anywhere.
